The CarbideMax 80 Series will broach up to 75mm thickness of metal. Up to 10x Longer Life – Tungsten Carbide is one of the hardest materials available for use in cutting tools. The HMT CarbideMax range uses Premium Grade Sandvik Tungsten Carbide teeth meaning that cutters are capable of drilling through the toughest steels whilst maintaining their strength & cutting surface for up to 10x longer than traditional HSS cutters. Up to 64% Faster Cuts – The elaborate geometry of CarbideMax broach cutters means the teeth of the cutter do all the work. This reduces strain on the tool body and means that a strong but thin flexible alloy can be used for its construction. Thinner walls means CarbideMax tools need to remove less material from the work piece resulting in a faster cut and quieter, easier drilling. Ultimate value for money – With lifespans up to 10x greater than standard HSS cutters and speeds up to 64% faster, HMT CarbideMax broach cutters will cut more holes, more quickly, for longer. Over the lifetime of the tool this means incredible value for money, greater job site efficiencies and fewer stops as fewer tools are reordered and replaced.

Delivery Costs
Free delivery for orders over £75.00 (ex-VAT) to mainland UK. This does not include any additional charges.*
£7.50 delivery courier costs for orders under £75.00 (ex-VAT) to mainland UK.
A £10.00 additional handling and delivery charge for all gas deliveries.*
A £15.00 additional charge for any deliveries to postcodes that are within the Inner London Congestion Zone.
Any large deliveries that require a pallet will be subject to additional charges depending on postcode location. Please check using the shipping calculator on the basket page.
* Excludes Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands, and Isle of Man. £17.50 carriage applies to all orders to these areas.
Delivery Information
We aim to send all orders placed before 4 pm on the same day, on a tracked next-day courier service. This excludes any orders that require a pallet.
Dependent upon sufficient stock.
In case of insufficient stock, we aim to complete all orders within 7 - 10 working days. Some items come from Europe and will take approx. 5 days to arrive at our warehouse. If an item is going to be longer than this, for whatever reason, you will be notified and a replacement will be suggested. If this is not suitable then a refund will be given.
Collection from our branches is available. Please contact your local branch beforehand to ensure that they have the stock that you ordered.

Gas Deliveries
Deliveries of gas must be made via our vans and will be scheduled with our loads. This is usually next day, but please contact us if you have a specific delivery time in mind.
