The Esab Rouge EM 180 is an inverter-based MIG welding system designed to handle all your welding project needs. From light fabrications to repair and maintenance. The Esab Rouge EM 180 features industrial-grade arc performance and a wide variety of controls to allow the welder to fine-tune the characteristics of the arc to match the welding materials being used.
The Esab Rouge EM 180 is a lightweight 230V single-phase MIG welding system coming in at only 16.2 Kg. It is compatible with 10 kVa generators and allows maximum flexibility and portability for welders in shop and in the field.

Delivery Costs
Free delivery for orders over £75.00 (ex-VAT) to mainland UK. This does not include any additional charges.*
£7.50 delivery courier costs for orders under £75.00 (ex-VAT) to mainland UK.
A £10.00 additional handling and delivery charge for all gas deliveries.*
A £15.00 additional charge for any deliveries to postcodes that are within the Inner London Congestion Zone.
Any large deliveries that require a pallet will be subject to additional charges depending on postcode location. Please check using the shipping calculator on the basket page.
* Excludes Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands, and Isle of Man. £17.50 carriage applies to all orders to these areas.
Delivery Information
Our fleet of vans covers the areas of London, Essex, Kent, and Sussex. We aim to deliver within two days of the order being placed.
For orders outside of those areas, we aim to send all orders placed before 2 p.m. on the same day, on a tracked next-day courier service. This excludes any orders that require a pallet.
Dependent upon sufficient stock.
In case of insufficient stock, we aim to complete all orders within 7 – 10 working days. Some items come from Europe and will take approx. 5 days to arrive at our warehouse. If an item is going to be longer than this, for whatever reason, you will be notified and a replacement will be suggested. If this is not suitable then a refund will be given.
Collection from our branches is available. Please contact your local branch beforehand to ensure that they have the stock that you ordered.

Gas Deliveries
Deliveries of gas must be made via our vans and will be scheduled with our loads. This is usually the next day, but please contact us if you have a specific delivery time in mind.
In the event the recipient of the scheduled gas delivery cannot accept the delivery due to issues of no fault of Eltham Welding supplies i.e. Not at the premises, the incorrect delivery address provided, incorrect gas ordered, incorrect cylinder size ordered, like for like empty cylinders not present. Then the recipient is liable to pay an additional delivery charge equal to the amount charged originally.
