Gas Test Flowmeter to be placed over the nozzle to test gas flow from the Mig Torch. Welding at a current of 300 amp you should expect to obtain 16 – 18 litres per min with no initial surge of the gas. If the gas surges before settling down you may have a restricted flow regulator. This will normally have 0-30 lpm or 35L written on the bonnet of the regulator. This type of regulator has a very tiny pin hole in the outlet side making it difficult to deliver the correct volume of gas for the torch to work efficiently when welding at high currents.

In case of insufficient stock, we aim to complete all orders within 7 – 10 working days. Some items come from Europe and will take approx. 5 days to arrive at our warehouse. If an item is going to be longer than this, for whatever reason, you will be notified and a replacement will be suggested. If this is not suitable then a refund will be given.
Personalised items will naturally take longer. Typically, once a design has been approved, the order will be despatched from our warehouse in 2 – 3 weeks.
