Excludes gas deliveries. Deliveries of gas must be made via our vans and will be scheduled in with our loads. This is usually next day, but please contact us if you have a specific delivery time in mind.
In case of insufficient stock, we aim to complete all orders within 7 – 10 working days. Some items come from Europe and will take approx. 5 days to arrive at our warehouse. If an item is going to be longer than this, for whatever reason, you will be notified and a replacement will be suggested. If this is not suitable then a refund will be given.
Collection from our branches is available. Please contact your local branch beforehand to ensure that they have the stock that you ordered.
