Supradur 600RB Electrodes
Thick rutile coated MMA electrode for depositing tough and wear resisting hard facing overlays. The weld metal retains sufficient hardness up to +600°C. It is machinable only by grinding. In case of crack sensitive base metals, a tough buffer layer made with Univers or Citochromax N electrodes is required with a further layer after every third hard facing layer. Suitable hard facing applications where resistance at temperatures is a prime concern, as in hot cut offs, dies for pressure castings, rolls, crushers and others.

Delivery Costs
Free delivery for orders over £75.00 (ex-VAT) to mainland UK. This does not include any additional charges.*
£7.50 delivery courier costs for orders under £75.00 (ex-VAT) to mainland UK.
A £10.00 additional handling and delivery charge for all gas deliveries.*
A £15.00 additional charge for any deliveries to postcodes that are within the Inner London Congestion Zone.
Any large deliveries that require a pallet will be subject to additional charges depending on postcode location. Please check using the shipping calculator on the basket page.
* Excludes Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands, and Isle of Man. £17.50 carriage applies to all orders to these areas.
Delivery Information
We aim to send all orders placed before 4 pm on the same day, on a tracked next-day courier service. This excludes any orders that require a pallet.
Dependent upon sufficient stock.
In case of insufficient stock, we aim to complete all orders within 7 - 10 working days. Some items come from Europe and will take approx. 5 days to arrive at our warehouse. If an item is going to be longer than this, for whatever reason, you will be notified and a replacement will be suggested. If this is not suitable then a refund will be given.
Collection from our branches is available. Please contact your local branch beforehand to ensure that they have the stock that you ordered.

Gas Deliveries
Deliveries of gas must be made via our vans and will be scheduled with our loads. This is usually next day, but please contact us if you have a specific delivery time in mind.
