We want to ensure that you are happy with what you have purchased. If not, let us know and we will do our best to put things right.
You have 28 days from receipt of goods to report any damage, errors etc. If the product is faulty or damaged, we will collect free of charge and offer either a replacement or a refund.
We will accept returned goods if they are re-sellable i.e. unworn, undamaged and in the original, unblemished packaging. The exception to this would be personalised goods. Once your design has been added we cannot accept the goods back, unless they are faulty or damaged of course. We want you to get a product that you are 100% happy with so the approval phase is crucial to the design of personalised goods.
We supply quality products by reputable brands, delivered by either our own vans or some of the most respected carrier companies in Europe. If you do have any problems with the goods or the delivery, let us know and we will get straight on it. Quality and dependability is what we aim to deliver, and we want to keep our standards as high as possible.
